Vidya Niketan Secondary school

The elementary school I attended was almost brand-new and had its own auditorium, complete with seating, large stage, and even footlights! And velvet curtains with a real “wings” area to either side. Loved to play in the band on that stage, and even had a couple of small parts in plays.

Our teacher was amazing, reading poems of Robert Frost, and Lewis Carroll. Her name was Mrs Sampson - my favorite class was “auditorium”, for sure.
